My parent and I were in a tough spot when a close friend recommended Synergy, who had helped her with her mother a decade earlier. Synergy responded quickly to our phone call and sent out their representative the same day. Erica helped us decide what kind of support we needed, and their staffer arrived early the next morning. They helped with everything! I was struggling to lift my mom and keep her vlean and they made it easy. They helped her eat and drink, they helped me change her bed. Both she and I felt supported, felt better, knowing we had backup. The atmosphere in our condo changed from dark to light. I didnt know how much I needed help until we brought them into our home. I've been recommending them to everyone, and will continue to do so!

Lynette has a "can do" attitude, where nothing is too hard if it's going to help serve my Dad. She is precise, consistent, and punctual. We value her compassion, respect, integrity, and compassion. Lynette does it all with humor and joy. It is a pleasure to have her as our Dads home health aide.
