Whitney is amazing. She is so sweet yet so professional. She is super efficient but warm at the same time. She genuinely cares about helping me get better and achieving my goals as well. The personal attention given to my father by Rachelle and her associates in his last 4 months was extremely helpful -- Dad looked forward to their visits. And in his final days Rachelle's daily visits were invaluable not only to Dad, but also to his family. After his passing, the After Care associate Holly walked me through all of the steps required to settle Dad's affairs, handled some of those steps for me, and sent me a summary of next steps. I couldn't be more pleased with Symbii, Rachelle, and Holly!

Symbii has been a welcome addition to my health care team. They were added after an emergency stay in the hospital and they were more helpful in ways I hadn't even realized that I needed!!! They had a physical therapist assess me for any needs i might have in that way, a speech therapist that recognized that i actually needed more help with my memory and smoothly adjusted her plan to work with me in that area, (Thank you Shawnda!!!) and an RN that checked in on me weekly to make sure that the discharge plan that the Drs had given me was still adequate to my needs and didnt need adjusted! If my vital signs were not within the parameters that they wanted, she would call the Dr to find out about any adjustments that were needed.(Adriana, you are awesome!!!) When I had to call the company, my question was handled quickly and professionally. This is a wonderful Medicare Health Care Agency and I'd recommend it anytime!!!

Any time you have a loved one in hospice is a difficult time. I can't properly express how wonderful the people of Symbii were during my husband's recent illness and passing. They provided compassionate and comprehensive care during this trying time and were instrumental in helping me access other community services as we developed a need for them. They became like family and made the worst time of my life more bearable and are providing helpful after life services that substantially reduced my burdens during this process. I highly recommend them.

This was my 1st experience using Symbii home health. I got a shoulder replacement and they helped me. Everyone that came into my home was professional and so helpful to me. They are a wonderful group of people and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services.
