I was absolutely and totally impressed by the neatness and cleanliness of this facility. There was no smell except the food they were serving. Rooms were spotless, attendants and staff very welcoming and friendly I could tell that the residents were well cared for. Thank you Susanna Westley for caring for my brother.🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾💙

I had a very disappointing experience at this facility and would strongly recommend considering other options for your loved one. Communication was consistently unclear, and it was difficult to get straightforward answers from staff. Items I personally brought went missing without explanation, and requests for basic care or assistance were often met with little to no help. Additionally, there were serious issues with the social work department. Incorrect paperwork was sent, and orders were not properly signed by a doctor, which ultimately delayed our discharge by three days. Overall, this experience was frustrating and concerning. I would encourage others to consider anywhere else but here.

I would like to share my heartfelt appreciation for Susana Wesley Health Center. It has been a wonderful place for my mother's long term care, and our family is truly grateful for the support and kindness shown to her everyday. I specially want to recognize Yanet Jordi and her her assistant Franchesca Rostran, who have been outstanding examples of hard work, compassion, and respect. What makes them truly special is how they take the time to listen to the patient's needs and concerns. Her nurse Ms. Heather, her CNA Ms. Machado are just amazing professionals and their care for my mother is outstanding, they go above and beyond to make the living space feel warm, comfortable and as family-oriented as possible. It is because of all of the staff at SUSANA WESLEY that my mother feels genuinely cared for and truly at home. Their kindness make a meaningful difference not only for my mother but also for the families who trust them with their loved ones.

Susanna Wesley is a good facility for short term stay for rehab. They have good staff members and not so good but that happens everywhere. I do recommend that the family member that has a patient to stay on top of everything. Out of sight out of mind. Milagros is an excellent case manager as she is very responsive and promptly handles any issues with positive results. Mary, who is the person that follows up after the patient left the facility is also excellent as she follows up on the patient on a daily basis.
