To talk real, this place needs complete new staffing, it's not suitable for ANY residents currently. They act like they can handle the 70 or 80+ people they got there but they are constantly scrambling to keep up. They constantly mess up meds and I mean CONSTANTLY. They can't provide decent food, it's always cold, half the time not even cooked all the way, looks like it came out of dollar tree microwavable meal, and can't provide other options for people with allergies or diet issues. Rent is outrageous for a shared, 1,444.07$ FOR A TINY SHARED ROOM? With hardly ANY privacy, and only 182$ for a monthly allowance? Yikes, seems like a money grab to me. Lets talk staff. Staff constantly talks in their Filipino tongue, talking about residents, joking about them, talking about private things, which shouldn't happen in work time and shouldn't happen regardless, not to mention a lot of them do not grasp english very well. Staff also has absolutely NO training for ANYTHING, med training, CPR training, basic training for taking vitals, so if your family member has a life ending emergency, well, say goodbye now. I do not recommend bringing family or friends here at all, it's very much not a good or suitable place.
