What a fantastic option for such a difficult situation.The first thing to know is that this facility was purpose-built—not just a converted house. That means extra-wide doors and hallways, making it much easier to move equipment and people around safely and comfortably.The place is impeccably clean. I’ve watched them do a complete wash-down every single morning. The owner is exceptionally accommodating. When my family member struggled to adjust at the previous place, here they allowed me to bring in a mattress and sleep on the floor right next to them for a few days to ease the transition. That has made a huge difference.Even while staying overnight, I’ve noticed that in the dead of night, when someone calls out, staff are awake and respond quickly.The meals are surprisingly good and creative, and the care truly seems to come from the heart. The owners genuinely care; they go out of their way to preserve each resident’s dignity and treat their people with real respect and kindness.I feel incredibly lucky to have found a spot here. It’s made a world of difference in an otherwise heartbreaking time. Highly recommend.
