Edit: My mom was a resident here when it was Reunion Court of the Woodlands. Apparently, it was so bad, they had to rebrand and change their name.<br>Stay away from the memory care side. Poor communication with lots of staff turn over and very little interaction with the residents. Basic needs are not met. Patients are left to sit in soiled pull-ups, not bathed, and over medicated resulting in a group of zombies barely able to function. My mom was left slumped over in a wheelchair for several days and no one notified me. They didn't close the exit door properly allowing my mom to exit to the main facility. They told me my Mom, with dementia, memorized the code to the door and let herself out, which didn't happen. She was in the hospital multiple times in the short time she was there due to UTI's. They didn't even bother trying to help her drink fluids. I still regret that she had to suffer at the hands of the staff.
