Very professional establishment and they nursed my grandma back to health. All she keeps talking about is how friendly everyone was and they made us feel welcomed especially staff members like Sabrina and Genesis. Literally no complaints at all

This is a horrible place to send your loved one. Usually, when there is consistent family presence, the level of care tends to improve. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. Someone was with my aunt almost around the clock, and the service was still worse than some nursing homes where it feels like no one cares whether residents live or die.<br><br>There were one or two staff members who genuinely appeared to care about the elderly, but the majority of the nurses and techs were uncaring, nonchalant, rude, and unprofessional. I even encountered a short racist nurse who was kind and attentive to the white lady sharing my aunt’s room, but her attitude turned cold and dismissive when dealing with my aunt.<br><br>One night, after my aunt had a runny bowel movement, the nurse only partially cleaned her and attempted to leave feces between her buttocks and her vagina. If I had not been there to speak up, my aunt would have been left that way all night. No patient deserves that level of neglect or humiliation.<br><br>To make matters worse, they allowed my aunt to fall, which resulted in her having to return to the hospital. Families trust facilities like this to provide safe, compassionate care for their loved ones, and sadly, this place failed my aunt in every way.<br><br>The rehab personnel, were not up to par either. They did not perform their jobs well, and the level of professionalism was very concerning. I personally witnessed one male staff member (white guy) yelling at a patient ( black guy in a wheelchair) during therapy and eventually kicking him out of the session. I made sure to inform the patient’s family member when she arrived because that behavior was completely unacceptable.<br><br>This facility seriously needs to be reformed, properly managed, or shut down altogether. Families place their trust in places like this to care for vulnerable loved ones, and based on what I witnessed, that trust is being badly misplaced.

I leave out of state and every time I call to talk to my dad I never get to . They put me on hold and the phone just rings . I was on hold for 15 minutes one day and still didn’t get to talk to my dad .

Rhonda McFadden was Spectacular!! She explained everything thoroughly, and answered all our questions with the care team packet. We greatly appreciated her assistance!! Nurse Meri was really kind and made sure we understand what's going on with our dad. We appreciated Candace as well assisting us and our dad with admissions. Thanks to everyone!!
