The Facility at Story Point West Milton was very clean and a nice place for Seniors who have special needs. Very nice Decor I side & outside. Would recommend to families looking for a place for Mom or Dad or a loved one.

The main purpose for my visit was for memory care for my mother who is 99 years old. The main facility was clear and orderly. The memory care area was not clean and had a smell. There were many stains in the carpet. The companion room that I visited was clean; however, the bathroom was very dirty with stains on the floor, shower curtain, and obviously the toilet.<br><br>The attention to detail in the memory care area was very disappointing. I completely understand if a resident has a loose bowel movement. It does need to be disinfected and cleaned promptly. It was not done in a reasonable amount of time in my opinion. Additionally, if you know a potential resident is going to visit your campus everything should be well maintained. It was not. Imagine if I came by for a surprise visit and saw that mess my mom would be removed immediately.

The staff are so friendly and feel like family to us. And knowing we’ve left a dear family member with this “family”, puts our mind at ease. We love going there to visit Mom, as well as so many of the other residents.

The facility is beautiful and spacious. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff was friendly and helpful. We we very impressed with the amenities and services included.
