Probably one of the best facilities I’ve ever been to through agency since coming to Texas very caring nurses and sweet residents hopefully they will make more facilities like this one

We were new to the state and they got my son in without an appointment to get the required immunizations for Texas that weren't required in Oklahoma so that he could start school.
