I've been a resident since July 2025, There are worse places and better places but I can't say it's bad. It has it's moments. Most of the time, this place is a circus and Poop Show, I know the work ethic of most people in the world has eroded, and Stonebridge cannot keep CNA's, one of their longest working CNA's is Lori, she's been here for 25+ years, she is a Saint, never gets angry, or has a bad word to say of anyone. If every CNA were like her, the world would be a better place. Another shout out would be to Benny, he's young but has a heart of gold. He makes the world of healthcare a better place. The best nurse undoubtedly is Jessie. The worst nurse is TJ (Terry) accused me of hacking his cell phone and casting it to my TV, which never happened, then the Assistant D.O.N. threatened me with Law Enforcement over the incident. For nursing, Ashton and Brian get an honorable mention. They have a wound care doctor who is very inexperienced, he also sees residents every Monday between 5am-7am (way too early).

Abby, the Administrator, is very nice, doesn't tolerate any mistreatment of residents. I generally get along with most people but there are some workers here that I could do without. Roz is loud, needs to tone down the voice she's a CNA. Other CNA's who have taken extraordinary care of me over the past year are Hunter, Katy, Sylvia, Caleb, Jules and Rosie.

When I first arrived, there was an emphasis on therapy to help me regain my ability to walk, that has since dwindled to non-existent, at this time all I'm getting is Restorative therapy on a hit and miss basis, which is laughable.

The overall quality of care has definitely degraded during the past year. Often it takes an hour or longer to have a call light answered which is unacceptable. By the time someone comes in, I sometimes forget what I needed.

Roberta , Abbey, & the whole staff took good care of my Dad. He told me himself that he got good care & plenty to eat. When I called to check on him , they were always kind & would get the right staff member to talk to me.

As with many other reviews here, this place is horrible. Roberta, the administrator, is a soulless, vile person. In less than a year my mother in-law was hospitalized 8 times for the same uti, and lung infections because they refused to provide antibiotics, do lab work or would lie and say they were and not do it until she had to be rushed to the hospital with kidney failure and low oxygen levels. Not to mention they dropped her, didn't report it and discovered at the icu that she also had a spinal fracture. They would let her sit with infections, would not bath her, brush her teeth, clean out her ears or anything. Then have the nerve to get an attitude when you have to tell them to do their jobs while they play on their phoned at the nurses station. They all deserve to be in prison and it starts with the administrator on down. She publicly belittles the staff in from of patients and visitors with her stupid little purse dogs running around in clothes with bedazzled collars. She is the perfect example of poor leadership and completely fails her duties for the position. The fault lies with her. Currently being investigated by the state. Take your family elsewhere.

2 was without changing sheets. Over a wk with no shower. Almost a war to get prescribed meds on time and everyday. Only reason I gave the 1 star is to get it on here.
