I am always pleased with the condition of the facility and the friendly staff. The facility is always clean and the staff is always professional, friendly and welcoming.

I've visited the Staunton Health and Rehab Center twice in the past 30 days in order to spend time with a relative who is currently in Rehab. I've found the facility clean, with building updates being completed on the rehab side. The staff has been friendly and professional, and seem genuinely concerned with my relative's care and environment. While the site is close to the in-town hospital, the surrounding residential area means that patients have outside views of the town and neighborhood, not just the walls or roof of a medical center. It makes for a more familiar and upbeat environment. The building is secure, and that is one less thing to worry about for patients, staff, and visitors.

Terrible place. They've tried to move my grandmother out of there without even contacting her POA. You call and they are rude and never can help you with that you need.
