We are very happy with the care that Nate Chavez provided at St. Luke’s Home Health. He was very kind and caring. He is really dedicated to his work and has built a relationship with my grandmother (Teresita). Nate is gifted with the skill to recognize the challenges of age and dementia and attends to my grandmother with care. Nate has become part of our family and I speak on behalf of all of us in appreciation of him! The staff at St. Luke’s has been responsive and helpful and we are grateful for the care given to my family from the whole staff and especially to Nate!
