I at first felt very upset at My Sister being in there, but honestly as time has passed my feelings have changed. They have done what I could not do. They have given her things tio to do, allowed her to attend daily events to fill her time. They repeated call and request any insight I have iknowledge of her medical history, dislikes and life history. To those who feel different or have experienced one staff members bad behavior, please remember most staff are dedicated to the service they provide,.

My family member was at the St. Johnsville Nursing Rehabilitation and Nursing Center for over 2 weeks in total. The staff was kind and caring to my family member. When I asked questions, I was treated graciously each time. The administrator was helpful, thoughtful and kind. I really can't thank them enough for the wonderful care my family member received.

My family member has been treated horribly. A staff member called her names and told her to shut up. Never in my life would I care for somebody in this way.

Called to inquire if pets are allowed to visit but was unable to speak to a person. I was given the option to leave a message but with no idea to whom the message was going to.
