I've been here quite a few times and all the doctors and nurses are super nice and patient I tend to ask the same questions over and over again when I'm nervous but this time one nurse stood out in particular CARVIE left me a little get well soon card I found in my room that was really thoughtful and sweet of her ❤️ going to get surgery thanks Carvie and staff !

This place is not good. Went to the walk in clinic, wait wasn’t too long. Once in the examining room the doctor came in. I had told her that I was showing symptoms of hand foot mouth. When looking in my throat she wore NO GLOVES when examining my throat and swabbing it. She said it was not hand foot but yet strep. She said that she would send my swab to the lab but never tagged it with my sticker with my information. Then before any lab work she sent antibiotics to a local pharmacy. I never got a call about my lab work… guess what I in fact had hand foot and mouth and the prescribed medication would and did not help. The positive thing I can say is she was very polite and caring.

In all honesty, a really bad hospital. We took my sister into the walk-in clinic for an injury she had obtained. They had taken some x-rays and said it was a sprain on top of a sprain and sent them home , well turns out about a month to a month and a half later her foot was still hurting so they took her into to Sanford and it turned out her ankle had been fractured so we looked at her medical records and it turns out they had found it was fractured when she had first went in to the walk in, but failed to communicate it. If they had found it after they left, I still think they should have told us through email or through text (They have our contact info). I have heard of other situations where they have failed to diagnose someone right. I just don't see how this hospital could still be running with the number of issues they have, especially when these issues are causing people more money due to their errors. I'm not looking for any compensation, I just think people should know these issues especially when it's our health at stake.

What a beautiful facility going to complete waste. I won't ever use their "ER" again. Take the risk and drive to Fargo! After fighting with the nurse and doctor that my son had RSV and not croup. They insisted we do a neb treatment for croup.. after he just had it weeks prior.. I begged for a RSV test & sure enough my son was struggling due to RSV! We ended up taking him to Fargo where they gave him antibiotics and monitored him! This place is a fricken joke. The doctor looked like he was high and he didn't even check my son's vitals! Save your time and money go to Fargo!!

Horrible experience. Doctor and nurses refused to answer questions about the treatment they wanted to give me and refused to discuss other options. I could hear staff complaining about me in the hall. The doctor was yelling at me during my visits to just take the treatment or leave without answering questions about how it would interact with my pre existing conditions. Make the drive to Fargo, I will never go back even if it’s life or death, I’ll take my chances going elsewhere.
