If there was an opportunity to give more than 5 stars, the community at St Catherine's would have it from our family. Our loved one lived and was cared for by St Catherine's. The staff and administration were very present at all hours of the day interacting with residents, stopping by frequently to see how our loved one's day was or if she needed anything. I believe they loved her as one of their own and for that we are so grateful. We received updates including care conferences regularly. Our loved one even remarked that the food was good - hot even and the snacks were a plenty. Thank you so much for all that you did to support our family. We highly recommend St Catherine's.

My mother is here. The nurses treat her with dignity and respect from what I’ve seen, and they are nice to me when I visit

Please read the state report/violations this facility has before placing your loved ones here. These are all public records, you can also ask staff to see reports. Also, do an unannounce visit/tour prior to making any decisions. If I could rate below a 1, I would! EDIT to reply to owner: I have reached out to speak about my concerns when My grandmother lived there, with little and then no response. Nothing was changed. It would get brushed under the rug. HOSPICE was the only ones who had listened and actually took action with my concerns. So no need to call and resolve anything. If just one person reads this review and thinks twice. That's all the resolution I need. Thank You!
