You never imagine your parent will one day need a skilled nursing facility, and as my mom’s caregiver, handing over her care after her second heart surgery was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do. Especially after previously experiencing a very difficult SNF situation, I walked into this process carrying fear, exhaustion, and uncertainty. But God truly answered our prayers with Saint Catherine Health Care Skilled Nursing Facility in Fullerton. 🙏🏼 From admissions, to the nurses, CNAs, physical therapists, and every single staff member we’ve encountered these last dew days - the compassion, patience, professionalism, and genuine love they’ve shown my queen has been beyond comforting. They have treated her with dignity, gentleness, and so much care during such a vulnerable time. You can immediately feel the heart and leadership behind this facility, and it’s no surprise they were awarded with the ENSIGN FLAG again. It speaks volumes. My mom is finally on the road to recovery and resting in the best care possible. As a daughter, there is no greater peace than knowing your loved one is safe and truly cared for. I can sleep peacefully knowing that she has a loving team behind her. Forever grateful for this blessing during one of the hardest seasons of our lives. ❤️

We brought our loved one here following a hospitalization for skin breakdowns and reconditioning at another facility. The goal was to improve ability to reposition herself in bed and assist more with her own care, while also improving skin integrity and searching for a new “home”. She was there approximately 2 weeks. Carla, the main caregiver taking care of our loved one, was a force of nature; patient, skilled and had a truly magical way of charming and otherwise difficult patient. We are so grateful. Louis at reception is the perfect “face” of the facility. Flawlessly warm, efficient and knowledgeable, he keeps the hub of activity at the front entrance flowing smoothly, even while chatting away with a patient (who was certain she had lost her way) as if she were an old friend! Suemy Madrid and Tamara Rodil kept me informed regarding care and facilitated assessments, placement in a new facility, communication across multiple agencies and personal needs - professional prowess which was desperately needed. The staff- as a whole - were amazing. Thank you!

I was transferred to St. CATHERINES, after a couple major surgeries to recover. I had a major wound that needed a Wound care specialist. I was lucky St Catherine's had an excellent wound care team. I was basically slit open from front to back with deep open wounds. The wound was big. But the wound care team knew what they were doing. After one month I was able to go home w/ in home care. St Catherine's team helped me out. I would highly recommend St Catherine's. For long or short term stays. Special thanks to Joe & Mark wound Dr. (The wound care team) And everyone who made my stay good. The nursing staff & CNAs the office staff. And Francis with an I on activities. THANK YOU ALL ***** 5 stars

St. Catherine Skilled Nursing Facility is a great facility. The place is kept clean, bright and everything seems well organized. Our elderly father was well taken care of by the kind and friendly staff, doctor, and the therapists. Dad had severe ulcer wounds on both sides of his lower legs that had not healed for over two years, and it was so impressive to see that the nurses were able to get the wounds to heal in less than two months. Dad loved the place, management, and especially all of the care he received from every nurse that cared for him. When we went to pick him up to take him home, a group of nurses gathered around him and gave him a loud and beautiful cheer - very touching. Thank you everyone at St. Catherine that left a lasting and beautiful impression not just on our dad, but to us as well! Solis Family
