St. Ann's Home is a mission-driven senior living community in Grand Rapids, Michigan, founded by the Carmelite Sisters, DCJ. It offers Assisted Living and Nursing Care settings built around compassionate, dignity-centered care and high quality rehabilitation services.
The community provides a full range of nursing and spiritual care services designed to support residents through the advanced stages of aging, with clinical expertise and compassion offered before, during, and after the healing process. St. Ann's also partners with Emmanuel Hospice, a nonprofit organization that provides holistic care and support for those with life-limiting conditions.
Spiritual life is a core part of the community: Carmelite Sisters and priests from the Diocese of Grand Rapids encourage residents and family to attend daily Mass, and a Diocesan Seminarian assigned to St. Ann's leads regular, informal Bible study sessions.
Residents can take part in a variety of activities, including regular Bingo matches among a long list of monthly games, and a Life Enrichment Team-led Walking Club every Tuesday to encourage residents to stay active and healthy.
The campus sits on 23 wooded acres on the West Side of Grand Rapids, where it has been part of the neighborhood since 1967 and part of the Grand Rapids community for 75 years. It is located within minutes of downtown Grand Rapids and near the growing West Side Corridor, close to family businesses, dining, and entertainment.
