Not trust your love one there. I was told my mothers who has medically diagnosed dementia, would be accessed before being placed there. She was not. I know she has never passed a cognitive test in two years. When I called to communicate with them about my mother and establish a working relationship. Mind you I have full medical and half financial power of attorney. It was rudely explain that there would be no communication with me. I now am forces to hire an elder attorney and fly to Denver with medical paperwork from her neurologist to file against them. This place told me repeatedly she would be cared for and is forcing this upon me.

It was an amazing place for my Grandma. I miss you, Grandma rest in peace. She was so happy there. Such good memories I had with her. I miss how happy she was. I missed the days where I can come and visit her. And how happy she was when we got this year.<br>It was an amazing place.God bless springwood

I can't say enough about how wonderful Nightingale Suites was for my mom. The caregivers were incredible. Every one of them was respectful, kind and skilled in working with the residents. My mom said she "felt like she treated like royalty" while living at Springwood. The LPN wellness coordinator (Maggie) and care coordinator (Trish) were outstanding with communicating about anything they noticed of concern with my mom, using sensitivity and grace when my mom began to decline.<br>The front desk staff was always friendly, helpful and caring. We felt welcome and valued every time we came to visit, including being acknowledged by name. My mom loved the food and enjoyed the activities she was able to participate in, especially the music presentations.<br><br>The hair salon at Nightingale Suites was an outstanding feature. The owner, Laura, was very accommodating with my mom's hair style and also did routine manicures. She even came to my mom's room during her last week of life and styled her hair at her bedside.<br><br>The facility is very clean, beautifully decorated and well-maintained. It isn't the newest assisted living in the area, but they are regularly renovating areas to make it more modern and homey. The cost is also very reasonable compared to other assistant living communities in Arvada and neighboring cities.<br><br>But the care that you receive at Nightingale Suites is what makes it top notch. When my mom was receiving hospice care towards the end of her life, I heard over and over again from several different hospice nurses and the chaplain about how impressed they always are with the care at Nightingale Suites, compared to other assisted living communities in the area. That says a lot, considering how many facilities they visit regularly. When my mom began rapidly declining, the staff continued to provide a level of care that would have been comparable to a skilled-care facility because they were committed to allowing her to stay where she was comfortable and happy through the end of her life. We are forever grateful for that. Nightingale Suites was an amazing blessing to my mom and to our family.

Judy and I live in Aspen 106 we are starting our 9th month of residence. I want to commend Nuala for her 9:15 am exercise class. Judy was not able to walk 6 months ago, but due to Nuala class Judy has thrived she can walk in apartment without her rollator walker. Last month we went to Chicago for our granddaughter’s graduation from DePaul University we spent 4 days in the city Judy must have walked 1mile each day. We are very grateful for Nuala’s class👍
