After much searching for a place to move my sister, I chose Springfield Crossings and I am so glad I did. She has a lovely room overlooking the courtyard that is filled with trees and birds. She likes the food and has met some very nice people. I like how clean it is and that every staff member is friendly and seems to like where they work. Lastly, there are a great variety of activities, from movies to jewelry making to taste testing. I know she is in a great place.

I wouldn't send my dog there. Im mother was treated so badly by the overnight shift. They fractured her hip and tried ro send her home then on returning because of the hip , they let her fall because they ignoring her call bell to go to the bathroom . They left he wet overnight many time . This was the worst experience my mother ever had. They would often put her wet urine filled clothes back in the drawer with the clean ones. 3 to 11 was the only shift i didn't have ro worry about her. The place itself was pretty clean but most of the the staff is a - 10

Started out good and went downhill fast. Nurses refused to put my mom to bed for a nap as I requested in the afternoon because it was close to shift change. Also I continually washed and organized her clothes only to find dirty clothes in a ball in the drawers a few times. Missing items from her room.

Everyone that works there is so helpful and attentive especially to my mother, which means so much to me, I know she is getting the proper care and the staff is really working hard to get my mom back on her feet again! Thank you so very much.
