There is a reason there are no recent raving reviews. This facility needs an education on resident rights and customer service, to say the very least. Not a friendly environment. Beyond disappointed.

I have lived in Spring Hill for many years and never really spent that much time at this facility until recently. My mother is there for rehab. First off, I want to comment on how wonderful, kind and thoughtful the staff are. Everyone of them has treated us so well which gives a family comfort that their loved ones are safe. This facility seems to be managed very well allowing it to run smoothly. They have planned activities, the facility is kept clean and mom has loved the food so far. We want to thank everyone at Spring Hill Care and Rehab. Awesome job!!

My mom was at SHCR for 5 years. She received excellent care. We never worried about moms care and safety while she lived there. Our family considers many of the staff members and residents as our extended family. I would highly recommend this facility.

My mom was a recent resident of the facility. The staff was compassionate and caring. It gave me comfort knowing that she was receiving the best care possible.
