My dad has been at Spring Arbor for nearly a year. The care has been beyond what we could have asked for. Every day I come in and see the same faces of staff, smiling and the residents are happy. I wish we would have found this place sooner. I tell everyone I know if your loved one needs assistance, please go to Spring Arbor.

After a disastrous couple of nights at The Commons at Brightmore, I went to Spring Arbor and they moved mountains to get her into Spring Arbor in just one day. Robin, the director was amazingly helpful and the monthly cost was half what it was at The Commons for exponentially better care. The staff there was wonderful...they even had a ribbon cutting ceremony with many of the residents and staff greeting her in the foyer as she arrived the first day! Mom was only a resident at Spring Arbor for about six weeks before she died, but I can't say enough about how accommodating they were and the excellent care she received in her last days. Thank you all so much!!

In May of 2025, I had the good fortune of finding Spring Arbor Assisted Living in Wilmington, NC. Both of my parents were in need of Assisted Living, with one parent being in desperate need of a deeper level of care. From the very first meeting with Jaylee, Director of Admissions while searching for the "right" fit for my parent's needs, I was blown away by her heart for the people she serves and her heart for her staff at Spring Arbor. While doing the initial tour of Spring Arbor (I had toured at least 5 other places before this) I couldn't help but notice that the staff genuinely seemed devoted to loving on and caring well for their patients. The staff seemed happy Elderly care can be seriously emotionally exhausting . Although generally, in most facilities everyone does their best, Spring Arbor has something other places don't...they are led well from the top down and it shows. It is now September and one of my parent's has passed. And there is not a day that goes by that I am not exceedingly grateful for the overwhelming and attentive care provided by literally every facet of caregiving at Spring Arbor-from the receptionist, to housekeeping, to physical therapy, the nursing staff, to food service, to the activities directors, the singular do it all handy man/technical guru and the entire admin staff. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for loving my family so well. You have given me peace of mind and my family members frequently commented or comment on how spoiled and well taken care of they feel.

My mother moved into Spring Arbor in February. She was welcomed right away, with such good care and attention. The activities director went out of his way to get her involved. We were very pleased with the care she got from everyone there. One reason we chose Spring Arbor was the staff to resident ratio. As my mother's health started failing they took excellent care of her. Everyone is so loving and caring there. Unfortunately my mother passed, and they helped us through that. If you're looking for a smaller facility that takes good care of your relative, I recommend Spring Arbor.

My mom has been at Spring Arbor for over a year now. She is 92. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff who care for her. The facility is clean and decorated beautifully. The activity director schedules many things for the residents to participate in each week. I also appreciate the administrators at Spring Arbor. They are very professional, yet are there for you if you have a question or concern about your loved one. They additionally offer hair and nails and a very caring nurse and PA on staff.
