Can't even reach anyone on the phone for this place. First off, someone who has no idea about how to answer the phone answers and has no idea what memory care is or how to help someone inquiring how to move their parent there. Then not transferring the call to someone who might help, she just gives another phone number of someone who never answers their phone. If this is any indication of the service they provide to dementia patients, no thanks!

The staff are super-friendly. The environment was great. Its a well managed Senior Living home that is clean, and top notch. Overall a wonderful place.

Splendor Oaks in Carmichael is a luxury-level care home with six comfortable bedrooms for each of the residents. My mother has lived at Splendor Oaks for two years. Several things make this an outstanding place for her. It is an extremely clean home in every aspect. Not only are the bedrooms, living room, kitchen and bathrooms spotless and fresh-smelling, the hygiene practiced by the caregivers is amazing. My mother has extra needs and the staff has never faltered in providing the care she deserves. The food is made from fresh ingredients daily. They have schedules that they adhere to strictly to help the residents plan their daily and weekly activities. The staff is kind and accommodating, as is the management and owner. We feel lucky to have such a great place for my mom to live.

This home neglects its clients. The house may look pretty, but the care is neglectful and the caregivers are always understaffed and over worked. The owners need to improve the level of "care" they provide.The owners claim to offer multiple daily activities, but that never happens. What you are paying for and what you are getting doesn't match up. Don't ever let your family stay here!!! The only way i could post this is if I rated at least one star. Its not even worth that.

Beautiful home with a warm and cozy environment. We have recommended this home on many occasions. They have a heart for caring for elderly and making sure they are taken care of. John ,Ovi and their team are amazing.
