At 86, there a few things for which i need assist. Spectrum HHC has never let me down (including 2-3 a.m. calls). Each of the agents I've had are always "present." Never felt rushed.

So I finished my therapy today and thought I would update that I in total have now seen three people and each one of them was amazing and I don’t know why the reviews stars are low here, but I highly recommend this !! I had already been to a therapy center and then I lost my ride so they put me in home care for therapy and the first guy that came. Adam was really great. I liked him a lot very straightforward. Very smart. I got a second girl and then I got Molly. Oh Molly she’s amazing. I don’t know what it is about her because I’ve gone through cancer and two surgeries and multiple therapy sessions with different places, but she has a special part a special Something about her that you just know, she cares you know she’s smart. You know she’s directing you in a great way and your confidence just soars. Very happy, very satisfied

We had Spectrum Home Health assistance while my husband was recovering from cardiac bypass surgery earlier this year. We were pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of the nurses, OT & PT staff. There was only one "no-show", (not sure where the mix up was). There was a post surgery complication that wasn't caught that sent him back to the hospital, but it was a rare condition (a retired MD we know had never seen it in 45 years of treating patients). Overall we were pleased with the kindness and experience of those who visited.
