Southern Tier Meadows

Southern Tier Meadows is an adult home providing 24 private, single rooms located just outside of Fredonia, New York. Licensed by the Department of Health and operated by STEL, Inc., the community offers safe, quality, and affordable housing with on-site staff available 24 hours a day.

The community provides personalized care and support services tailored to residents' needs. Staff are dedicated to delivering professional, experienced, and friendly assistance to help residents maintain their independence while receiving the support they require.

Residents must meet certain eligibility criteria, including the ability to ambulate 200 feet with or without assistive devices, manage continence independently or have systems in place, dress and bathe with minimal assistance, and eat independently. Residents requiring insulin injections must be able to self-administer or have an equivalent arrangement. Placement requires completion of a Housing Credit Application and falling within HUD's income guidelines.
