To be completely honest, this was the worst hospital experience our family has ever had. The admitting clerk showed no compassion, and the ER admitting nurse argued with our family until I broke down in tears. This hospital needs a complete overhaul in how patients and their families are treated. I filed a complaint but, to this day, I have not received a response.

The wait while in excruciating pain was awful. I assumed more urgent cases were ahead of me which would be understandable but in fact they specifically told me I was most severe case that day. Therefore only needless beaurocracy prevented the thirty second treatment I needed, to simply pop my shoulder back in place. This directly worsened the long term outcome of inflammation and extended real suffering. Some nurses were wonderful, this is a broader complaint. Also when I sought reassurance from doctor about their experience with this injury I was told I was “freaking the out.” Not reassuring.

I was not impressed with this hospital at all, I waited over 5+ hours and never got service, I left.
