My Grandfather was admitted in and they lost his hearing aids in the long term care. Nurses were very unprofessional and did not have any sympathy for our situation nor did they seem like they actually cared. We did not see much of the doctors and when the nurses/PCT did come is was very rare. We had to wait an hour in between hitting the call button unless i went to the nurses station to get someone to help us. I do not recommend this hospital at all for you or your loved ones.

Glad I wasn't dying... when there are no vehicles here and I see absolutely nobody come in... yet am still sitting in the waiting room for over an hour after explaining excruciating pain and bleeding in my stomach

Dorothy Burke is extremely rude and unprofessional which is beyond unacceptable given her position. My elderly family friend who received care here stated she’d rather “suck it up and suffer” than go through the hassle of dealing with people who clearly lack any compassion despite working in HEALTHCARE.

I want to thank Dr Mccomb ( I Am not sure how to spell that) and his Nurse Dajia ( I believe was her name) for their kindness and care of my father ... Dajia was so patient with me on the phone with my 100 questions and so kind... and Dr Mccomb talked to me abd allowed me to ask questions and took into considerations some of my thoughts and suggestions about tests and care for my father ... he allowed amazing communication between him and I... which is rare and appreciated above measure ... I have worked among many different types of Dr.'s throughout my career and it is ALWAYS so wonderful to have an experience with a Dr. Like the one Inhave had with Dr Mccomb and Dajia... I can't be there with my dad ...which is so difficult ... but they both made this as it possibly could be for my family and I .... They both have NOT forgotten to be People and care about everything involved with medicine.... the patient and the family .... From my heart Thank you 🤗🤗🤗 Laurie Savage

One of my family members have recently been admitted to this facility and I have heard nothing but negative. It was a female and the Dr who was seeing her talked down to her tried to prescribe pills that she can not take ( told him numerous times) obviously he doesn’t listen very well. He profiles people horrible bad.
