My experience at Southbrook for rehab was not a good one . I was in there a week or a little more and I told my daughter to get me out of here . There was some of the nurses and CNA’s that was rude and not very caring . I was left on the bedpan for a long period of time . They took a long time to answer the call buttons and I didn’t get my shower or sponge bath as I should have . The lady over transportation was really good and helpful and the ladies in the rehab department was all good .

What a disappointment. I am well aware of the Americare brand, and up until now would have always recommended it. My elderly father with great insurance was transferred to Southbrook Rehab earlier today only to learn that he would have to share a room with one bathroom and one TV. Needless to say, we took him out. Do better! People need their own rooms. This is a new facility. Why wasn’t this center planned out better?!
