I had a really positive experience with both the ER staff and the OR doctor, and I wanted to share my appreciation. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. They did an excellent job of making me feel comfortable during a stressful situation. What stood out most was their balance of care and personality, they knew exactly how to ease the tension with just the right amount of humor while still being respectful and focused. It made a big difference in how I felt throughout my visit. The OR doctor was also outstanding; skilled, reassuring, and helped me feel at ease throughout the process. That level of care meant a lot to me. Thank you to the entire team for your compassion, professionalism, and the way you treat your patients. It truly doesn’t go unnoticed.

Some of the worst staff in existence. Rude, unprofessional and extremely inconsiderate. These people seem to simply not care for the well being of their patients at all, but rather the money they can make off of them.

Excellent, professional and caring staff. Highly recommend SPH for a mammogram. The entire team is very thorough, responsive and have excellent active listening skills. The facility, program and services are efficient, effective and well run. To me, this is the ideal setting and team to ensure continued health. Also, I felt like a human here. They focus on what matters and are talented medical professionals. Cheers and thank you!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. Especially at the ER!! They have been kind and patient with me in my worst times. The doctors and nurses and everyone I have encountered there have been wonderful!! I have been so grateful that we have this hospital here!!

Professional and caring Speciality Clinic with the exact care team I’ve needed for years. A lack of Endocrine Care on the Kenai Peninsula led me to visit this clinic this summer after going many years without such care. Dr. Jerry Tanner and his medical assistant Brooke are now highly recommended by me!
