My wife has been here because of a stroke that she has had everyone here has been very kind and understanding and helping us to meet the goals that we have set to try to get her home and back into some type of normal for a life The facility is very clean and very nice if life is taking you down this road I would definitely consider looking in to this facility Souris valley care center

This place must me shut down! Thank God ND Senator assisted in getting me out of this place. I am an OSHA CSHO and this place Is one big violation. I'm suffering with advanced cancer because the facility ignored my medical needs while I was in there. No good.
