I can't put into words the love and care that my wife and I received from the Administration, Doctor, Nursing, Rehab, Housekeeping and Food Service staff at this facility. Many of them will be in my heart forever. I thank you all, including the Regional Hospice staff for keeping her comfortable and seeing to her needs all the way to the end. May God Bless you and I will stop in and visit with you again. (Matthew 25:40) Love to you all.

Looked for a place to help care for my mother who has dementia. She knows she needs help with medication, bathing, meals etc. The staff keeps me posted with phone calls with any issues that need to be brought to my attention. While I have a sibling a couple of miles away, I am at least 4 hour drive away. Their concern, care and communication helps me care for across the miles. They have been wonderful. She likes her friends, the staff and activities.

My grandma has dementia and cant remember to change clothes or a need to shower. She went a month without either but they swear by the chart someone fills out supposedly when you can look at her and know that's a lie. The visitor parking is never empty because employees park there so a lot of times visitors have to park behind the building or on the street.

This place is AWFUL! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE! My dad was here for short term physical therapy and they gave him a sleeping pill they were NOT supposed to give him and he ended up falling! It was a VERY high dosage of an ambian! PLUS! They had him on another pain killer for when he fell out of the bed the first time there! They did not send him to the hospital when he first fell......and my mother had to force them to do so and he ended up having a brain bleed and they put him in NTICU!!! He is okay today thank God, but if it was not for my mom, he could have died! Also...... A few weeks later after he got out.... A friend of ours called up here to see how he was doing......(he had already been out for 3 weeks).....and they told him they saw him going to the cafeteria to go eat breakfast! Then....he went up there to see my dad.....and they said he was not there.... They OBVISOULY do NOT pay attention to their patients.....PLUS.....THEY PUT HIM IN A ROOM WITH A GUY WHO HAD AN INFECTION! WE DID NOT KNOW UNTIL A COUPLE OF DAYS LATER! THIA PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN....THEY SHOULD ALSO DRUG TEST THEIR "SKILLED" NURSES!!!! DO NOT SEND ANYONE HERE! THEY WILL BE IN TROUBLE SOON! WORKING ON A LAWYER!!!!
