I recently went in as I’m looking for a new location for my father. I met with the administrator, Julianne, and she showed me around the campus. Very clean community, and the staff seemed very engaged and caring. Still looking at other places, but so far this place is at the top of my list.

Call to talk to your family member and they always have attitude or magically can't find said family member. Last call I made I was told oh they dont have phones in their rooms well duh second comment is oh I can put you through to the nurses station if you like well duh again. How about you make a section where families can call their loved ones or put phones in their rooms. Not like yall arent getting enoigh off people and government funding. Like what is this a prison or a nursing home? Picture of last call i made before posting this. 16+ minutes and counting on hold.

Caring staff and the people who live here love it. Nursing staff really care about their residents . There has been a lot of changes new staff focused on the residents. Residents love the activities here Bingo and community outings to restaurants and they went swimming! The new administrator is very engaged with the residents you will find them in her office talking to her or in the halls interacting. Noticed reviews about the place not being clean this is not true when you enter the building you will see cleaning staff on every hall scrubbing the floors and cleaning. The therapy department is amazing they work very hard to help people meet their goals. The residents love going to therapy it’s always so bright and lively in there everyone working hard and smiling. lol residents even try to go when they are done with therapy. Dietary works with the residents on personal preferences in food and they always have choices and the food is homemade in the kitchen by great cooks . If you need skilled nursing or long term care for yourself or a loved one I would say call and visit and see how beautiful the place is and how people are smiling and residents are out and about peek in therapy and see how hard they work with their patients.
