SMP Health - St. Raphael is a non-profit, faith-based nursing home providing long-term care in Valley City, North Dakota. The facility hosts 170 beds and has served the Barnes County and Valley City area for over 85 years, sponsored by the Sisters of Mary of the Presentation, a Catholic health care system.
