My family has used SMHH for 10 years for home health, hospice, and palliative care services. The staff is always professional and helpful. I feel fully supported as a caregiver to aging relatives They are wonderful! Would recommend them to anyone!!

They took awesome care of my mom when she had to go on Hospice. She had congestive heart failure and liver failure. They visited multiple times each week to check her vitals, made sure she had medications to keep her comfortable, baths, and to help with her other needs. Right before she became so ill, she had fallen and because her skin was paper thin, she seriously injured herself from wrist to elbow. So they had to change the dressing multiple times a week. This process was extremely painful. The nurses were very sensitive to her needs and were extremely gentle and kind to her especially when she needed a break. They were very friendly and talked to her as long as she wanted to. She looked forward to their visits. If my family ever has the need for their services, we would definitely want to use Smoky Mountain Home Health.
