Love living in this place everyday. Many friends say to us: why would you pay rent and this is my answer..... From mowing, shoveling (4' of snow while we watch TV :), changing filters every 3 months, changing light bulbs, washing the outside of each and every Unit once a year, spraying the yard so it's beautiful, sealing the black top, and after calling them to tell them that there were bumps in the carpet....they hired someone to stretch the carpets so that we don't fall (their cost....not ours). This place does it all. You have a problem, they will be here within hours or no later than the next day. Thank you Rocky & George for this beautiful place to live.... LIFE IS GOOD 5 STARS

I with a friend when to visit some friends who live in Skye View Heights . The units are very roomy and layed out very well outside was very nice and had parking .

Mom and/or Dad getting old? Want to see the home they paid for all those years and take the money and stick them someplace to live out their days? These little pigeon hole ticky tack properties are just the thing. Over priced. Poorly developed. No real view at all despite the name. Hey... it beats some nursing home like Willow Point, but not by very much. Out of sight, out of mind.
