When my father-in-law had a sudden and serious health decline, figuring out his care was of the most stressful decisions we’ve had to make. The best option is always to keep him at home, but we simply don’t have the expertise or capacity to care for him at the level he needed.<br><br>My husband found SilverWay by chance, and after many months here, we honestly could not be happier!!<br><br>We toured MANY facilities, and this was the only one that immediately felt like a real home. From day one, the level of care has been outstanding. The nurses are incredibly caring, hands-on, and it feels like a family environment.<br><br>We also have family visiting him every single day. My cousin goes every other day and spends hours with him, and he is consistently blown away by how well my father-in-law is cared for.<br><br>The food is home cooked daily and genuinely very good. The facility itself is always spotless and extremely well maintained. There is also a beautiful backyard where my father-in-law loves to sit outside and get fresh air every day, which has been so important for him.<br><br>Dorie, the owner, is very hands on and in constant communication with my husband, always keeping us updated. Her background as a pharmacist has also been a huge asset. On two separate occasions she suggested medications for us to bring up with his doctor, and both times it significantly improved his quality of life and helped manage symptoms.<br><br>It is not easy to make decisions like this for a loved one. We feel very fortunate and beyond grateful that we found SilverWay!

This is a great facility. The staff is friendly and extremely competent. They take great care of their residents.<br>I checked out many other places and would highly recommend Silverway.

As one of the hardest and most challenging decisions as a child of an aging parent is to make the decision to relocate them. For our family it was lots of pressure and anxiety, but when I walked into Silverway and was greeted by Dorie, I knew this place was a special one. I looked at many around the area and felt this place was special. We know it’s a place she can be safe and feel at home. The staff are top notch and so attentive to her needs. We appreciate them so much. If you are looking for an option, Silverway is top notch.

Making the decision to move a loved one into assisted living is one of the hardest things a family can go through. After my father suffered multiple strokes and a brain aneurysm over the past several months, we knew he needed around-the-clock care, but we also wanted him to feel like he was in a home, not a facility.<br><br>From the day he moved into Silverway Assisted Living, Dorie and her entire team have treated him with genuine compassion, kindness, and respect. They don’t just meet his daily needs, they truly care about his well-being. They make sure he’s comfortable, taking his medications, eating well, and they keep our family informed every step of the way.<br><br>Just over a month ago, we truly thought we were going to lose my father. Today, seeing how much he has improved has been an incredible blessing. While his doctors deserve credit for his medical care, we believe his recovery has also been helped by the love, patience, and attention he receives every day at Silverway.<br><br>The greatest gift Dorie and her staff have given our family is peace of mind. We know that when we leave each day, my father is safe, cared for, and surrounded by people who genuinely want the best for him.<br><br>If you’re looking for an assisted living home for someone you love, I can wholeheartedly recommend Silverway Assisted Living. We are incredibly grateful to Dorie and every member of her team for everything they have done for our father and our family.
