These are lovely homes with many extra "aging in place" options to allow seniors to stay in their homes longer - such as Barber and beauty salon on the premises (at the Eskaton assisted living facility on the edge of the community, Weekly housekeeping, On-site maintenance services, Transportation services – especially handy for those seniors who no longer drive! They also have a village center clubhouse complete with a heated indoor swimming pool, a state-of-the-art fitness room, fun activities going on frequently, a library, a community garden, good restaurant-style dining (which includes the option to have it delivered to your home at no extra charge), and a gift shop. I've talked to neighbors when showing my real estate clients home and everyone I've talked to has said how much they love it, how nice the neighbors are, and more. I highly recommend it for those looking for great aging in place options!
