We are deeply grateful for the exceptional care this rehab center provided for my mom. From the very beginning, the staff demonstrated genuine compassion, patience, and professionalism. Every nurse, therapist, and caregiver treated her with respect and kindness, making her feel safe, supported, and truly cared for. A special and heartfelt thank-you to Thuy Nguyen, whose patience and support during the transition made a meaningful difference for our family. My dad came here after we couldn’t do anything more for him. He had terminal cancer and it spread. He was here for a couple of months and they made the experience much better than I could have imagined. The nurses here were so nice to him and our family. I recommend them to anyone who asks me about this type of service.

My mother is a surgery recover at the facily since August 2024. The only complain I have is that the two times my mother has an appointment to go see the surgery for follow up on her foot. They have fail to accommodate the timely ride. Today is Oct. 11, 2024 she has an appointment at 215 pm . I am here sitting in the office and she still at the sierra view facility waiting for the ride. How irresponsible is this. She is going to be late again.

I was recently discharged from Sierra View Care Center in Baldwin Park, after recovering from a broken leg, and I cannot say enough about the quality of care and service provided here. From the moment I stepped through the doors, the environment was warm, welcoming, and professional. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and organized, creating a safe and comfortable space for residents and their families. The staff at Sierra View Care Center are truly dedicated to their work. The nurses, aides, and administrative staff go above and beyond to ensure each resident receives personalized care. They are not only highly skilled but also compassionate, treating every individual with dignity and respect. It’s clear that they take pride in making the residents feel at home. They provide high quality rehabilitation services, which has made a significant difference in my recovery and my overall well-being. Moreover, the activities and social programs offered at Sierra View Care Center are thoughtfully designed to engage the residents, promoting both physical and mental health.
