I am a DoorDash and I’ve had to take a few orders to clients that live in this home. I cannot believe that this home is even allowed to be open. The urine smell is so horrible that your eyes start watering and your nurse your nose starts burning immediately I don’t understand where the administrator is or anything like that. Why adult services have not been called if anyone has a patient living in that house that is your family member I don’t know why you continue to let them live there.

This facility got my 78 year-old husband in, extremely short notice for them. When he arrived, he was bedridden and unable to do very much for himself. Within 10 days they had him up and walking, moving around on his own, feeding himself and many other things. While it is not the most upscale facility that I have seen, it is clean, the residents are clean, and seemed to be fairly happy considering where they are at. The staff is excellent communicating with me his needs and anything that I may do that could assist them with his care. I am grateful to have such a good communication with a facility.

My brother is currently there 2026 . The administration and the care of the clients are not dealt with in a timely manner. WARNING do not put your family members there because they are subject to being over looked. You must be on top of the administration and director of nursing.

Place needs cleaned. Some of the nurses are very nice and helpful and caring and some have a chip on their shoulder and are not happy at all. They complain in front of their patients. The food there sucks and you can tell they are on a very low budget.

This place is one of the worse facilities I’ve ever visited in my life. The staff appeared to be very nice and friendly until my brother needed to be taken back to the hospital. The room he was in was very small, filthy, and outdated. He was put in a crank bed. You know the ones that has the crank lever at the bottom of the bed. There was urine in a urinal on his dinner table that needed to be dumped out, bed linen was absolutely soaked with pus and blood from an open wound he got from another hospital. It wasn’t fresh pus and blood either. It appeared to be from at least two days ago. He was hurting and in so much pain. He asked to go to the hospital and he was told no, you’re good. I called several times demanding that he be taken to the hospital. The nurse had a nerve to ask me why do he needs to go!!!!! I immediately informed that he needs to go and if they don’t call the ambulance, I will. The nurse went to my brother’s room with a nasty attitude asking why does he need to go to the hospital. My brother repeatedly told her that he was sick and wasn’t feeling well. Three calls to them later my brother was finally taken to the hospital. The staff had a nerve to take the blanket off of my brother’s room as he was being taken to the ambulance. One of them had a nerve to say, oh he’ll be back. No Hell he won’t be. Sad to say, my brother is admitted in the hospital with two bad infections. One from the open wound and a UTI. The doctor told him that it was a good thing he came to the hospital when he did. This place is the last place on earth that I would ever send my family members. I am so glad God sent me four and a half hours away to check on him. My God have mercy on this place, the patients there, and the staff!
