This is my local hospital and clinic in Plentywood, North Eastern Montana. I'm from South Africa and I'm just not use to this excellent care. Jocelyn Klein and Brit Nyby are my primary providers and I can not compliment them enough for their professionalism, friendliness and overall care for their patients. I can most definitely recommend Sheridan Memorial Hospital and Clinic.

Being from out of town and having an ER visit is not something you expect on your vacation. EVERYONE from the ambulance driver to the nurses and doctor were a true comfort in this hospital. The doctor was incredibly kind and knowledgable. The nurses were caring and thorough. We were blessed that this was the hospital that we were closest to on our trip. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care in a scary situation.

Between myself, my husband, and my kids we have had to go in here a few times and it never gets any better. The CNA’s have always been wonderful but you see them for about 5 seconds. We have had 1 doctor that was very kind and the other one along with the nurses are rude as hell! From the second you walk in and they see that you don’t have a severed limb they treat you like you are a complete moron and have totally ruined their life by being there. I am so beyond disgusted with the care we have all received over and over again and have totally had it! People in this town defend it because it’s our only hospital and we should be thankful we have it, but that does NOT give them the right to treat their patients so horribly!!! I worked here for a while myself and it was pretty bad then, but nothing like it is now!!! I could go on with more plenty more horrible stories about HIPAA violations or how a doctor nearly killed my mother out of pure stupidity ... If at All possible, JUST GO ELSEWHERE!!!!
