Went to Easter egg hunt and a few staff members were very rude, Donna and Andrew to be specific, could have been a nicer time. Thank you to Angie for making us feel welcome and the hunt was great itself!

If I could make it a ZERO star...I would. Our family had a loved one who was 97 fall in his room. They got him up but did not call emergency services or get him treated. The next day after having an altered mental state they finally decided to call for services. Our loved one has now been transfered from the local hospital to a larger one in Roanoke and has been diagnosed with a brain bleed! Our family thinks this situation was downplayed and the facility waited to long for appropriate medical care. Irresponsibility at its highest!
