Multiple times we have gone to visit loved ones and rooms were nasty(food in beds, garbage and dirty utensils/napkins in drawers, nasty sinks, etc.), and feet in poor conditions(Sores, dead skin, dirt between toes)despite paying for a podiatrist... What are caregivers being paid for if they aren't caring for their patients? Not to mention missing clothing and personal snacks missing more frequently than patients are able to consume them.

I love the staff! So sweet. Also, I find their philosophy to be in line with what I would want - this is their residents' home - they get to have snacks and live like they would at their house - just with more support. I'm very impressed!

My father was a resident in SRMNH and my sister and I were so pleased with his care. He was a very difficult person to deal with but staff was able to meet his needs and he was very attached to several. I will never regret entrusting his care to this facility. In my book they are the best in this area.

There is not enough room to express my total disappointment in this place!!! The transformation it has made in staff and care in the past 5 years is amazing. I HATE I ever brought my family to this place. I don’t know that I will ever forgive myself.
