I love the nurses but the administration are the worst. They try to tell the Dr what to do and lie about reasons why they change the orders before giving it to the nurse. The nurses would get 5 stars but since you have to deal with the supervisors, good luck. I have had issues with them and unfortunately I cannot give them as a whole more then 2 stars since they blamed the patient for their continued health issues even though the Dr's said that was wrong.

I love the nurses at Shawnee Mission including their Home Health nurses. They and the therapists really were a lifesaver for my mother after she had open heart surgery.

Shawnee Mission Home Care only care about my money. After my discharge, they never want to help me or respond to my needs. I will call to see if my insurance can dispute their charges. When they need me they always persistent in calling me if they can come to my home to do this and that, after their needs met they change. Friday Oct. 21, 2016 I called them to see if they have ileostomy supplies or know any local ileostomy supplies I can go and buy them, because I need supplies now and my orders have not arrive yet, but they said I have been discharged so they have nothing to do with me. I surprisingly said, OK!<br>I don't know that these people can do such things like this, for I always naively believe that we are friends. Yes, they interest about money only they never interest about helping people.
