I have been with other agencies but I have to proudly say that I am b<br>very pleased, grateful and blessed to have Serengeti Home Care for my personal care and for my home chores that they willingly do. Kim the Manager and her Assistant Mahogany are running the University Place Agency in the area close to me! I called Serengeti about myself needing home care and unable to drive with a big delay for getting total knee replacements needing to be done in both knees separately. They both went above & beyond my first TRKR knee replacement with visiting me in the hospital & nursing home to see how I was and if I needed anything? I was given a card, sweet treat<br>and balloons which made my day and made me smile big! If my appts were changed or my CP was not able to show up for a personal reason one of the gals Kim or Mahogany would always find a way quickly every single time to make it all work out and with ease!<br>I AM VERY IMPRESSED WITH THE CARE, CONCERN AND COMPASSION THE GALS SHOW FOR ME AND HAVE FOR 2.5 YEARS NOW! THE CARE PROVIDERS THAT THEY HAVE ARE ALL VERY CARING, CONSIDERATE, COMPASSIONATE AND POLITE! KIM & MAHOGANY BOTH DO GREAT WORK ALONE AND TOGETHER THEY ARE A FANTASTIC DYNAMITE TEAM!!<br>I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOME CARE AGENCY TO SEE TO AND ADRESS THE CARE THAT IS NEEDED IN EVERY CLIENT AT THE HIGHEST POTENTIAL AS I HAVE HAD MANY CARE PROVIDERS TAKE CARE OF MY HEALTH NEEDS AND HELP ME WITH MY HOME CHORES & ERRANDS THAT NEED TO BE TAKEN CARE OF IN A PLEASANT PROFESSIONAL MANNER!<br>I AGAIN AM VERY BLESSED WITH SERENGETI AND WILL STAY WITH THEM UNTIL I NEED NO MORE HOME CARE ASSISTANCE!<br>MY COAT, SHOES & BAG ARE IN THERE DOOR BECAUSE I AM NOT GOING ANYWHERE ELSE FOR HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICE!!!

I love working with your company! Kim is wonderful! She makes sure that I have a caregiver every day. If my caregiver can’t come, she lets me know and finds someone else to come that day. When my previous company was not taking care of me, I finally called my case manager, Athena, and she said that Kim was somebody who had never let her down. She called Kim and Kim called me and she had someone come that day! I love my caregivers that I have! Thank You! I also met Mahogany once. She was very nice also.
