The owner and managers of Seniors Prefer Homecare care so much and are always available. They worked on short notice and worked incredibly hard to accommodate our scheduling needs. We have used other agencies. The caregivers were attentive and caring and I would definitely recommend Seniors Prefer Homecare.

I can't say enough good things about the experience Robert and I had with Seniors Prefer Homecare. They really came to my aid when I needed it most! Their prompt response from the minute I called them was amazing and they were able to staff my needs with absolutely no problem. The caregivers were timely, kind and respectful to our issues. We worked with Chris Killian to set up sitters for my mom. It was last minute and we needed some flexible days. Chris worked his magic and had all of the shifts covered. Also, one time my mom was having a meltdown because of her dementia and the sweet manager (wish I could remember her name) came over during her off time to work through it with mom and got her redirected and comfortable again. We appreciate the time and effort put in to caring for our sweet mom.
