Senior Helpers has been wonderful for us. I was given a 2 day notice to find home care for my husband. Steve arranged for full time care at our home. We are still using his services. The helpers have been excellent, always on time, as well as helping me with light housekeeping. I strongly recommend Senior Helpers to anyone who needs assistance with a family member for just a few hours up to full time care. I don't know what I would have done without Senior Partners. Steve and his staff are very professional as well as having a family attitude. Our experience has been and continues to be very positive.

Would give Senior Helpers and Steve 10 stars if I could! After 4 days in the Cardiac Care ICU for Advanced heart failure, my brother decided to stop treatment and wanted hospice care in his own home. I told my brother I would make that happen and luckily got in touch with Steve. At our first meeting, he came out to the house and (besides helping me move a Queen size bed) spent an hour listening to our situation and advising me on different options for care. Steve told me my brother would probably be better off staying at the hospice facility, but if I wanted to bring him home, he could arrange whatever we needed. The day my brother was to come home, the hospice center recommended he stay there because he was failing so fast. I told them no way he was coming home and immediately called Steve. He made an immediate change to our schedule and it gave me great peace of mind knowing I would have help to care for my brother. As it turned out, my brother passed away that night (which was a blessing for him). Steve immediately refunded my deposit and only charged the absolute minimum for their services. Highly recommend Steve and Senior Helpers at 5560 S Fort Apache Rd.

We used senior helpers to aid us in the care of our late 80 year-old parents. My mother had significant dimensia and they were the most wonderful, caring, and helpful support staff through all of her care including Hospice. Steve, the owner, takes a personal interest in every case and is always available to offer advice and support. We now use them to care for my 91 year-old father and have been equally impressed. The office staff, Chelsea, is like a family member. Highly recommend them.

What a wonderful company to do business with. The folks at Senior Helpers of Las Vegas really do understand the importance of, and how to deliver, fantastic customer service. After my first phone call, and a delightful conversation with Sandy, I knew in my gut that these were the right people to put my trust in. So glad I did, because everything about my experience was handled with professionalism, genuine concern and care. Nothing can compare to the peace of mind one receives when you know that the right people are on the job. Thank you Senior Helpers!
