Lorie came to my home right away to see how they could help me. She thoroughly asked me specific questions about how they could help me. They are chose someone who will be best for my family situation. I like that they will do specific jobs for a flat rate. Lorie was very knowledgeable and kind. I recommend them highly.

Senior Helpers of North County does an extremely professional job of providing intermittent care for our 100 year-old Mom. She’s in great hands with all caregivers.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. This was one of the worst experiences we have had dealing with a caregiving situation. The caregivers showed up late or not at all! One showed and when my elderly Mother left to get my Fathers breakfast got in her car and left, she didn’t even say goodbye. Unbelievable. The final straw was when the last caregiver left my bedridden Dad on a urine soaked plastic pad freezing, with urine soaked blankets laying on the floor while she tearfully tells my 81 year old Mother she just can’t do it! They are not dependable, reliable nor does the owner take responsibility for his employees. He assures me he was sending a caregiver that would be able to take care of my Dad then sends a lady who must have been 70 and was so tiny she could not even change his diaper, she sat on my moms bed and scrolled on her phone. I then have to beg for invoices (they charge a premium 42.00 a hour for this kind of service) every month. Every single month I had to email at least twice to get a break down of charges of money they took from my Mothers account! I have now asked for a final accounting 3 times as they have removed over 700.00 and I still have no invoice! This has cause great stress to my Mother and caused negligence to my Father. Do not use this company you will be putting your loved ones in harms way! I’m am so angry, my Parents deserve to be treated with dignity and respect, not like this. Shame on you Cort Peters!

Senior Helpers of Escondido is beyond exceptional. The owner, Cort, took extra time on the initial call with me to answer an exhaustive list of questions that I had about his services. Through that conversation, I felt that I could trust him and recommended his company to the family I work for for their mother’s care. From there, he and his company consistently provided exemplary care and support. Thank you to Senior Helpers and Cort for making what can be a tough decision easy and smooth and for giving this family peace of mind that their mother is cared for by a capable staff.
