Went to see my Brother-in-law who is staying in this facility from the moment of entry the facility has not been renovated or updated ever. This is cinderblock and paint is peeling from it and could possibly be lead paint. When asking the administrative assistant for the fax number for the facility they had to look for it. No business cards for the administrator of the facility. This facility has 1 shower and 1 soaking tub for all residents. The laundry is in a separate building so when bring it into the home it can be filled with outside allergens. They allow residents to smoke outside this facility which can be major health risk for some. The residents have to share a toilet and sink with another resident so no privacy. The call button in the bathroom did work because the wires were hanging out from it. When asking the administration about this they are aware and response was we check on the patience. When we were there we had to stop them to even step in the doorway. My brother in law has been stripped from all his rights his phone has been taken away and not allowed to have visitors because this home doesn’t know the laws of its own state and thinks that a guardian has the right to strip these rights away. Please think twice before placing a loved one in this facility
