Didn't have an appointment but was able to see and talk to resident even though my friend was not in a room with a window because staff was able to bring my friend in her wheelchair from her room to the main lobby placing her at a window where I and my friend could talk for at least 20 minutes enjoying every minute. Thank you savannah.

The cnas were over work to the point the residents waited along time to get one of them to help. The ones u did my rehab were excellent!! I would definitely not recommend this place unless they change.

grandpa hasn’t been showered in days, rude front desk, terrible food, and don’t even get me started on the ignorance of the staff...
