I want to sincerely thank everyone at Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital for the care, compassion, and support you provided to my father during his stay. A very special thank you to Social Worker Gladys for helping us with all of the discharge planning and arrangements. Your patience, professionalism, and kindness meant so much to our family during a very difficult time. I would also like to thank Nurse Tziap Yang from the 800 Unit, Maria Rosales (Certified Nursing Assistant), caregiver Maria, and Luce, who helped coordinate my father’s discharge. Your dedication, compassion, and hard work made a real difference in my father’s care and gave our family peace of mind. My English is not very good, so unfortunately I wasn’t able to remember everyone’s names. However, there were many other nurses, CNAs, therapists, and staff members who showed us kindness, encouragement, and support throughout my father’s stay. Please know that your efforts did not go unnoticed, and we are truly grateful to every one of you. Thank you again for everything you have done for my father and our family. We wish all of you good health, happiness, and all the best in the future. With sincere gratitude, Jing Zheng

I would like to sincerely thank Iris the Admissions Director, for the wonderful tour of the facility during my visit. The time she took to explain everything gave me a much better understanding of how skilled nursing can help my loved one through the services they provide. I was very impressed by the facility. The building is very large, very clean, and well maintained! I also noticed how friendly, attentive, and welcoming the staff were. It was clear that the patients were receiving immaculate care and attention, which truly stood out to me and gave me peace of mind. Thank you again for your kindness, professionalism, and for answering all of my questions Ms. Iris. I would gladly recommend the facility to anyone looking for quality care and support for their loved ones.

My experience with Santa Anita Convalescent Hospital was extremely disappointing. From the start the level of professionalism and respect from a certain staff named "Karen" was unacceptable. My encountered with her was rude, dismissive, and she spoke in a way that felt disrespectful, especially considering this is a place that’s supposed to provide compassionate care. TheCommunication was poor, and it often felt like concerns were brushed off rather than addressed. Instead of feeling supported, I felt frustrated and ignored. A healthcare facility should prioritize dignity, patience, and understanding but that was not my experience whatsoever. The overall environment also didn’t reflect the level of care families hope for. It lacked warmth, attentiveness, and basic courtesy. When you trust a facility with someone’s well being you expect better. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for respectful, professional care. There are far better options out there...

I recently visited the beauty shop at San Anita Convalescent Hospital, and I was thoroughly impressed. The facility is impeccably clean, creating a welcoming and calming environment. Mona Lisa, the beauty specialist, was exceptional—fast, efficient, and incredibly skilled. The staff and nurses were also very kind and attentive, making the experience even more pleasant. Additionally, the atmosphere was enhanced by the lovely aroma of popcorn and the serene sight of fish swimming in the pond. Overall, it was a wonderful and comforting experience. The unit 700 was impeccably clean, and the nurses were extremely kind and attentive.

I recently toured this facility to determine if it would be a good fit for my mom’s future stay and care. I understand how daunting it can be to choose a convalescent home, especially without knowing much about the location or staff. During my visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Lola Marie, who guided me through the tour. The facility was clean, and the staff were attentive and highly engaged, demonstrating excellent care and vigilance for the patients. I look forward to providing more feedback after my mother begins her treatment here.
