Lety and my uncle station nurses are super great, very patience n hard working The rest horrible, lazy, sit n talk, the 1station the worse, bad attitude so call supervisor, Angie, she worth nothing, she didn't do her routine, bad management, I see them through, There supposed three people in the front facing the front door, but they were disappeared or they actually sitting out there but probably on their phone again,.who knows!.on 8/22, Sat, they let my uncle walked out to the front then the street n then down the hills to 711, two long blocks..they neglected surroundings n not responsible to what they said,..no one try to even look at my uncle body, legs to see if he felt, hurt, they let him walked back to his room by himself good thing I was there when they found him, I asked the nurse to check his body but she said he looked ok..??!do not place your family here and stay away from these nurses, they don't care they don't concern, they don't care if he eats They just say finish they took away his meal tray..I would like to talk to the person in charge of this facility but not just Brenda, for your neglected for my uncle it can cause him injury life threatening, people speed on that street, supervisor June refused to provide me Brenda email I am concern for my uncle safety will it happen again? No one seems care I'll contact the state, CDPH n file a complaint Someone has to address this incident I will not recommend this home to any family, go find a quality home for your love who provides more care Our parents are very precious, they getting old n need need, we rely on them but what they do to our parents! Terrible!..so funny,.the front desk staff questioned me when I walked up with my uncle lunch , " where were you " ? I supposed to be the one who asked her and all of other people " WHERE WERE YOU ALL WHEN MY UNCLE WALKED OUT THE FRONT DOOR"????????!!!! She was lucky, I was more concerned bout my uncle safety that moment other wise I would have SCREAMMM IN HER EAR!!! Pay respect to the residents n their family, without them you wouldn't even have this job!

Really impressed with the services here—they provide trach care, PT, OT, and a bunch of other support. They have mandarin and cantonese speaking staff, which makes a big difference. The front lobby got a nice facelift recently, and the kitchen is clean with a Grade A rating. Feels like a place that covers all the bases.

Do not place your family in this nursing home. The staff is very lazy and irresponsible. The staff hired are unprofessional, do not change the patient's diaper frequently, and do not change the diaper even when it is wet. They have no sense of responsibility. Patients are provided with only three diapers per day. Sometimes family members need to borrow a microwave oven to use, but they all object. Recently, two oriental women were invited. It's worse. They are unprofessional, uncaring and rude so everyone will think twice before sending a patient here to recuperate. This place doesn't deserve a star o • Press and hold to react • Q san gabriel rehabilitation and care

A great experience!! The staff is welcoming and very knowledgeable. We were referred from the hospital for continued care for subacute. We toured the subacute unit and we were sold but also hesitant because it is our first experience in a nursing home. It is clean, staff is present and able to meet my family’s concerns and aunt’s needs. Fortunately she was able to home. Don’t fear the experience if you are choosing San Gabriel Conv. Hospital. I will always stand by my experience and five stars is well deserved. Highly recommended!!
